  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager for ADAS, L2 or L3 programs
  • Strong technical background with understanding of AD systems and software stacks
  • Experience at a Tier1 or OEM in automotive series programs
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies like agile or iterative approaches
  • Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO26262
  • Exceptional project management skills

Responsibilities
  • Driving end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of automotive software products
  • Representing Wayve in front of customers and leading automotive programs
  • Collaborating with program managers, product managers, software engineers, and other teams
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans
  • Driving effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Identifying and resolving project-related issues and risks
  • Leading regular program reviews
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
