  • Demonstrative proficiency in utilizing Workday tools such as Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Extend, PRISM Analytics, BIRT, etc.
  • Experience building integrations connecting Active Directory, Aderant, ADP, Benefit Providers, ServiceNow and/or Snowflake is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience with integration tools and concepts beyond Workday is a plus.
  • Experience defining and documenting high-level business requirements and process flows across multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to devise creative solutions.
  • Ability to define business challenges and communicate required technical and business changes.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management through collaborative project work.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently from start to finish with shifting priorities.
  • 3 or more years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, Security and reporting in a post-production environment.
  • Knowledge of Workday Peakon a plus.
  • Workday Pro Certification in Integrations, Security, or Reporting is a plus.
  • Additional experience in configuring other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits) is highly desirable.
  • Law firm experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of robust integration solutions connecting Workday HCM with other platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and management of user roles and security groups within Workday.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in HR and other cross-functional teams such as Finance and IT to understand business requirements and translate user needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Coordinate the delivery of new integrations, security permission updates, and improvements needed to existing solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs and processes from planning to launch.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing security access controls, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users on integration and security access-related inquiries.
  • Support semi-annual upgrade testing in Workday.
