Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Take members’ buy and sell orders for stocks, exchange-traded funds, and other investment products through the app, and write trade tickets.
  • Verify that sufficient information has been provided to process a trade.
  • Ensure member orders are tagged correctly and executed according to instructions.
  • Provide customer service to members by phone, email, and chat.
  • Confirm member identity so instructions can be executed.
  • Process member instructions regarding voluntary reorganizations.
  • Input member instructions regarding changes to registered-account beneficiaries.
  • Complete internal account transfers and transfers of securities to and from external institutions.
  • Check and investigate buy and sell orders and report back to members.
  • Ensure proper settlement and delivery, escalating discrepancies as required.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of trades.
  • Perform daily reconciliations with the custodian.

Core operating cash generation reached $5.1 million during the quarter. Total revenue was $16.9 million, essentially flat compared with Q2 2025, as wealth growth offset lower payments and interest revenue. Gross profit increased to $12.6 million from $12.2 million, with gross margin expanding to 75% from 72%. The company operates across Canadian wealth management, European payments infrastructure, and Canadian consumer finance.
