Requirements
  • Being based in Los Angeles and being available for periodic in-person content production.
  • Having 2+ years of experience creating social content for a brand, agency, or as a creator.
  • Having strong instincts for hooks, storytelling, pacing, and content conversion across social platforms.
  • Being attuned to culture and trends relevant to women in their 20s and early 30s.
  • Being comfortable appearing on camera.
  • Being able to execute in a brand’s voice and aesthetic while translating briefs into content without losing context.
  • Having a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social trends.
  • Having strong editing skills.
  • Being able to work independently, manage personal deadlines, and communicate proactively when things shift.
  • Having curiosity or genuine interest in women's health, reproductive wellness, or topics relevant to women in their 20s and 30s.
Responsibilities
  • Concept, shoot, and edit 16+ short-form video assets per month for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube across multiple brand accounts, primarily using an iPhone and lightweight setups.
  • Produce and edit long-form video content for YouTube.
  • Create static visual content for Instagram.
  • Appear on camera or direct Cofertility staff or creators when needed.
  • Maintain the content calendar and publish on schedule across platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with comments across social channels in a timely, on-brand way.
  • Identify, vet, and coordinate with external creators when additional content voices are needed, including outreach and basic briefing.
  • Proactively surface trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments relevant to the brand and audience.
  • Track basic performance data and flag what is resonating.

  • Experience or interest aligned with women's health, reproductive wellness, or topics that matter to women in their 20s and 30s.
  • Experience brainstorming creative concepts and testing new formats.
  • A test-and-learn mindset and willingness to iterate in a fast-moving, creative environment.

The platform combines educational content, community support, and access to expert consultations through an online hub, helping users ask questions about treatments, side effects, funding, and insurance, and find guidance on care and wellness products.
