About the job
- Three to six years of experience in Time Services operations on a Time Solution platform, or a background in HR Services in Payroll-Time or HR Technology as an added plus.
- Experience working on a project within a global organization.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Candidates must provide a criminal record extract no older than three months.
- Provide day-to-day Time Services Delivery operations by compiling and entering time and attendance data and reconciling errors to maintain accurate and complete records in a timely manner.
- Ensure all relevant HR-related data is maintained correctly and completely.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, data privacy and protection guidelines, and other applicable guidelines across identified geographies.
- Perform country-specific data consistency checks.
- Follow the payroll calendar and prepare the necessary payroll inputs.
- Support NFCM and HR controls.
- Resolve time and attendance-related queries and issues from stakeholders, including associates, within established time frames.
- Escalate requests and issues that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate contact, such as the IT or Time Services Unit Lead.
- Perform core time and attendance technology activities and business-as-usual tasks.
- Highlight exceptions and deviations.
- Extract regular and ad hoc reports needed for payroll and other divisions upon request.
- Identify and gather system enhancements and change requests, and report and coordinate them with IT and/or the global support team.
- Support the project team in defining requirements, designing, and validating system setup in compliance with local legislation and regulations.
- Ensure Times Services Delivery performance metrics and key performance indicators are met.
- Contribute to and support projects within People Services & Solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is a plus.
- WD/SAP system knowledge is an advantage.
