  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 3+ years as HRBP supporting customer experience centers, marketing, and a scaling organization
  • CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification
  • Experience partnering with leaders to build and execute a talent strategy
  • Experience coaching, developing, and advising managers and executives
  • Solid foundation of Canadian and U.S. employment laws
  • Experience with large-scale project management and organizational change management
Responsibilities
  • Being a strategic partner to CX, marketing, G&A executives and management
  • Partnering with the broader People Operations team to develop and execute key HR programs
  • Using feedback from employee surveys to drive increased employee engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with Homebase policies and conducting investigations
  • Managing performance review and feedback cycle
  • Providing accurate HR guidance and support to mitigate risk
  • Assessing organization health and effectiveness regularly
  • Assisting employees navigating personal or professional issues
  • Coaching managers on employee relations and performance issues
  • Playing a key role in onboarding and offboarding employees
