Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy
  • Own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation
  • Use storytelling to align and bring stakeholders along in your design process
  • Play an influential role in shaping the end-to-end experiences for critical operator workflows
  • Maintain a high bar for craft driving novel experiences at the edge, and bringing back the results to evolve the underlying platform experience
  • Balance short-term tactical bets while making meaningful progress towards long-term strategic pursuits
  • Help to shape our ways of working as a centralized product design function operating in a fast-paced environment
