Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisor/assistant manager role
  • Food Handlers License required
  • Ability to work a varying schedule including Kitchen Management shifts, Floor Management shifts, nights/weekends/holidays
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Support unit manager to develop, engage, inspire, and motivate staff team members
  • Onboard and train best in class talent for the restaurant
  • Support unit manager to meet operational goals and budget
  • Consistently communicate team wins, priorities, best practices, and operational changes
  • Serve as a role model for high quality, hands on, floor management
  • Deliver restaurant sales and service times by removing any barriers to success
  • Oversee inventory management and food safety
  • Ensure that food safety and security standards are met and adhered to consistently by team members
  • Provide and support the team to provide excellent customer service
