About the job
- Hold a university degree in project management, engineering, information technology, or a relevant field.
- Have 8 to 12 years of experience in project management, including complex projects.
- Have demonstrated experience in project or program governance.
- Be proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Project Management Professional, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Have strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Master French orally and in writing; English is an asset.
- Plan, organize, and monitor digital twin projects.
- Establish and maintain governance mechanisms, including committees, indicators, and accountability reporting.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technical, data, Internet of Things, three-dimensional, and user experience functions.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee change and priority management.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce progress reports and management dashboards.
- Ensure deliverable quality and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
- Have experience with technology projects involving Internet of Things, data, digital platforms, geographic information systems, or building information modeling.
- Have knowledge of digital transformation or smart city environments.
- Have experience managing a project portfolio or Project Management Office.
- Hold certifications such as Project Management Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, PRINCE2, or Managing Successful Programmes.
