  • 7-10 years of product management experience with a proven track record in SaaS, security, and data processing products.

Responsibilities
  • Define and manage product requirements and backlog to expand the breadth and depth of AppOmni’s SaaS Application support.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to deliver key capabilities and enhancements.
  • Work with field teams to understand and prioritize user asks.
  • Oversee release planning, testing, and launches for new features.
  • Develop and optimize product operations processes, tools, and standards.
  • Track progress, risks, and metrics associated with the product roadmap.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Proactively identify and address operational risks and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Design to validate new ideas with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with ETL or data pipeline management is preferred.
  • Experience working with security-focused products is a plus.

Security Firm Appomni Warns Of Data Exposure Loophole In Suitecommerce

Software-as-a-service (SaaS) security company AppOmni cautioned administrators at companies using NetSuite’s SuiteCommerce platform about a common customer misconfiguration that can cause data exposure. Misconfigured access controls on custom record types (CRTs) could allow attackers to access sensitive data via this feature that enables external-facing stores, Aaron Costello, chief of SaaS security research at AppOmni, wrote in a Thursday (Aug. 15) blog post on the company’s website. For administrators looking to mitigate this risk, Costello suggested tightening access controls on CRTs, setting sensitive fields to “None” for public access, and considering temporarily taking their sites offline, according to the post
