Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
Help serve meals and snacks.
Engage in and support the facility's Activities Program.
Attend monthly and quarterly in-services, totaling one hour per month and twelve hours per year.
For residents with developmental disabilities, align performance with the facility's Program Design, complete specialized training, achieve goals in each resident's Individual Program Plan, and maintain detailed progress notes tracking accomplishments of the plan's objectives.
Support residents' nutritional, personal care, and social needs and help maintain a clean living environment.
Offer residents and their families advice on nutrition, cleanliness, and household activities.

Job Summary: As a Direct Care Staff member, you will assist elderly residents, convalescents, and individuals with disabilities in a care facility setting. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily living activities, helping to maintain a clean living environment, and participating in the nutritional, personal care, and social aspects of our residents' lives. You may also offer advice to residents and their families on nutrition, cleanliness, and household activities to help support a fulfilling lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
