  • Manage campaign deployments and campaign lifecycle actions, including pausing, activating, and launching campaigns, in the internal growth tool Gamma.
  • Serve as the expert on assigned Gamma campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign deployment health using Gamma reporting and internal tools; where applicable, delegate monitoring to Data Specialists and email specialists while remaining accountable for campaign health monitoring and error escalation.
  • Analyze campaign performance after launch to derive engagement insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead resolution of issues on existing or newly deployed campaigns by identifying root causes and working with product marketing managers, production project managers, and the development team.
  • Document issues in blameless post-mortems, align stakeholders, and facilitate process adjustments to prevent recurrence across the team.
  • Look for process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk, including implementing AI tools in email creative or production processes.
  • Attend regular scrums and stand-ups, provide project-status updates, and act as a collaborative business partner to the product marketing manager leading the scrum.
  • Communicate with the offshore production team by setting up and leading weekly calls.
  • Maintain internal project-status trackers and post-launch quality-control sheets.
  • Ensure accurate work-progress tracking in Asana.
Desired Qualifications

About the company

Google runs the world's most used search engine and free services such as YouTube, Android, and Gmail, and it builds the Gemini AI models that work inside them. In 2017, its researchers invented the transformer, the neural network design behind ChatGPT and most other AI chatbots. People use these services without paying, and Google earns most of its money from ads placed beside search results and YouTube videos. Businesses rent computing power and Gemini models through Google Cloud, and Google also sells subscriptions and Pixel phones. Larry Page and Sergey Brin founded Google in 1998 as Stanford PhD students; it is based in Mountain View, California, United States, and is the main business of parent company Alphabet.
