What believers are saying

  • Sécheron launched Canada in 2025 and still posts open roles in 2026.
  • InnoTrans 2026 bookings signal active customer pipeline across Europe and India.
  • Lausanne tramway and TransN revivals prove recent deployments and modernization demand.

What critics are saying

  • Switzerland's Verkehr '45 could cancel 68 rail projects by October 2026.
  • Rail procurement delays hit Sécheron's DC traction substations and component orders first.
  • If rail electrification spending stalls, Chinese and German rivals commoditize safety hardware quickly.

What makes Sécheron Hasler Group unique

  • Sécheron pairs Swiss-made electrical protection with traction power systems end-to-end.
  • InnoTrans 2026 showcases new BMS18.23, UR10-51 Eco Drive, and reversible converters.
  • HaslerRail adds onboard electronics, sensors, and data products under one rail platform.
