  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or telemarketing
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation and social media
  • Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with prospects

Responsibilities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Contact potential clients through calls and emails
  • Educate leads on Rhombus products and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with an Account Executive
  • Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster relationships
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
