Requirements
  • At least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in business management.
  • Proficiency in Datafaction or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of both computerized and manual accounting processes.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-charge bookkeeping for entertainment and business management clients.
  • Perform daily, monthly, and annual accounting activities.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, financial schedules, and cash flow reports.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, client deposits, and 1099 forms.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and banking partners.
  • Identify and resolve accounting issues and non-routine transactions.
  • Partner with Assistant Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to deliver high-quality work.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a certified public accounting or business management firm.
  • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain it.
