- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Ability to use safety equipment, including face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment.
- Ability to drive as needed and type frequently.
- Ability to adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to communicate in English to perform effectively in a safety-sensitive and technical environment.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair inventory vehicles across multiple makes and models.
- Explain automotive repairs and issues to management to minimize rework and production delays.
- Document all work performed in company systems.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain safety and compliance.
- Perform emissions testing where applicable, move vehicles, manage inventory, document repairs, and use computers.
