Responsibilities
  • Bring events to life — from company off-sites and socials to thoughtful gifting and swag through our Surf Shop, you’ll make sure our team and partners feel the Coconut vibes
  • Keep the ship sailing — oversee office operations across Saskatoon, Vancouver, and Toronto, ensuring spaces are welcoming and everything from snacks to access cards is handled
  • Support our leaders — manage calendars, expenses, travel, and communication for the senior leadership team (SLT), helping them stay organized and focused
  • Pitch in where it counts — lend a hand with admin and light finance tasks, making sure details don’t fall through any cracks
