The Data and Analytics team is central to all strategic functions at Code and Theory. We are a data-driven organization and we work with our clients to embrace data and embed it into their cultures.
You’ll join a collaborative team and benefit from bespoke mentorship provided by our highly regarded leaders over an extended period, from June to March.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with Data and Analytics leads to ensure that your analytical models and algorithms meet specified requirements and performance metrics.
- You will partner with our Data and Analytics and AI leads to address client needs and contribute to analytical and data engineering projects across multiple domains.
- Visualize and articulate your decision-making and analytical process, challenge assumptions respectfully, and actively participate in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Gain hands-on experience with advanced analytical and machine learning tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and enhance your skills in data presentation and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Develop and refine machine learning models that adapt seamlessly from development environments to real-world applications.
- Apply existing analytical frameworks and methodologies to new data sets and scenarios, ensuring robustness and scalability.
Eligibility
- You can be entering your final year of undergraduate or graduate studies - Class of 2025
- You must be currently based in the U.S.
- Our fellowship will be part-time during school hours and full-time during school breaks.

- The Ideal person will come with a strong academic background and experience in areas such as Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI Product Development.

The hourly rates for our fellowship positions are between $20 - $25 per hour based on role, skill set, education level, and experience.
