Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical or business field
  • 12 - 16 years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment
  • A minimum of 7 years as a Product Manager, with a preference for those experienced in compliance, privacy, security, or legal tech sectors
  • Demonstrable experience and expertise developing products delivering guidance to educate users and tooling to execute on associated best practices – preferably in the context of privacy, security, and compliance
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams and influencing conversations to drive positive outcomes for the product and the business
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • IAPP CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and/or CIPM certified
  • Law / Legal Degree
Responsibilities
  • Champion the client and user experience, from product design to development and delivery to market, ensuring adoption, value delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Leverage data and customer research to identify opportunities and develop product plans addressing them
  • Lead geographically distributed cross-functional teams with clear purpose and ownership to deliver key insights, tools, and features
  • Drive product initiatives and ensure alignment across product and GTM teams, contributing to the GTM plan in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams
  • Outline product strategy focusing on customer value, competitive position, and business value, and translate those into product goals and themes improving product adoption and value realization
  • Set and clearly communicate roadmap & development objectives, needs, and status of projects to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Create formal networks with key decision-makers within the data privacy and compliance ecosystem
