Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent
  • 2+ years Workiva Chains and WData experience required
  • 2+ years Workiva WDesk experience required
  • 2-3+ years of overall relevant technical experience (or related consulting or financial experience)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills and strong Excel analytical capability
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to understand functional reporting requirements, translating these into technical requirements, and completing iterative reporting build based on these requirements
  • Experience in change management, drafting internal and external communications, training materials, and presentations
  • Experience in valuations and finance a plus
  • Experience with Anaplan a plus
  • Understanding of data architecture and integration across platforms
  • Ability to periodically work extended hours (in the office or remotely) as required to support the business in meeting deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Lead maintenance of existing and implementation of new data integration and migration solutions via Workiva Chains and WData
  • Lead the continued development and maintenance of existing automated reporting templates and data connections in Workiva, and help to solution, test, and optimize new automated reporting templates
  • Lead requirements gathering and manage the roadmap for new capabilities for automated reporting templates in Workiva
  • Develop and own the support knowledgebase for the Workiva platforms to enable effective change management
  • Become a technical subject matter expert in Workiva; provide technical support for global Workiva users and manage product support; maintain the global security model and audit support
  • Develop a working knowledge of the Anaplan valuation model that feeds that data into Workiva reporting templates
  • Work with internal teams across departments, external teams, and clients to achieve program goals
