  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical project management experience and have managed complex projects to completion
  • SQL, Regex and scripting proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies. We use Postgres, Big Query, JSONata, JavaScript
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with rapidly changing environments, demonstrated ability to deliver results autonomously, and a knack for creating clarity and consensus out of ambiguity
Responsibilities
  • Understand the VoriOS system end to end and interdependencies between the system and its integration components
  • Understanding customer’s needs to define and configure system specifications
  • Configure and maintain data mappings and reconciliation as an integral part of our operations team
  • Install, Deploy, Configure, Test, Monitor, Patch, Troubleshoot, and Maintain integrations
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering teams on how to improve workflows and systems end to end
  • Work with third-party providers and the Onboarding Manager to ensure hardware and software is integrated end to end prior to Customer launch
  • Assist the Customer’s Onboarding Manager to train staff on system procedures
