Jamie Greenberg named chief corporate and legal officer at Solink.

Jamie Greenberg named chief corporate and legal officer at Solink. Company announces three executive appointments as it expands its international operations AI-powered vision intelligence company Solink promoted Jamie Greenberg to chief corporate and legal officer as part of three executive leadership appointments to support its global expansion. "Solink is not just building a product, we're pioneering an entirely new category," said Mike Matta, Solink's CEO and co-founder. "AI Vision Intelligence has the potential to transform the way businesses operate in the real world, delivering operational insights that drive growth. To be the best in the world, we need the best team in the world." In his new role, Greenberg oversees legal, corporate strategy and development, policy, investor relations, and corporate communications. He remains a member of Solink's executive leadership team and continues to report to Matta. In a September interview with Lexpert, Greenberg discussed how his responsibilities had expanded beyond legal matters to include strategy, communications, investor relations, policy and government relations. Before joining Solink, Greenberg served as general counsel at Wattpad, a global social storytelling platform. He led the company's global legal and policy operations during a period of significant growth, including its acquisition by Naver Corp. Solink described the acquisition as one of Canada's most significant technology exits. Greenberg's promotion is part of three executive leadership appointments Solink announced. The company also promoted Chris Sisto to chief product officer and appointed Kiel Hume as its first head of communications and government relations. Sisto will continue reporting to Matta, while Hume will report directly to Greenberg. Sisto joined Solink in 2021 and has taken on increasing responsibilities as the company expanded. He has led product management teams developing technology that integrates video and operational data to help businesses improve operational efficiency. Hume brings more than 15 years of experience in communications and reputation management across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. He previously led communications at WEBTOON Entertainment, where he oversaw communications for WEBTOON, Wattpad, and WEBTOON Productions. "Chris and Jamie have been central to our success, demonstrating exceptional leadership and innovation as we've scaled to 35,000 customer locations," Matta said in a statement. "We're also thrilled to welcome Kiel Hume, a seasoned global communications executive whose mix of startup and public company expertise will help us grow our profile in a pivotal moment."

Meet Burger King Assistant + Solink at BK Convention.

Meet Burger King Assistant + Solink at BK Convention. October 8, 2026 Burger King is building a smarter way to run restaurants, and Solink is excited to be part of the conversation at Burger King Convention. Visit Solink in the BK Technology Center at the Burger King Fuel the Flame Convention - hosted in Miami, Florida, October 7-9, 2026 - to see how AI vision intelligence can help Burger King franchisees get more from the cameras and business data they already have. Burger King Assistant brings together information from across the restaurant to help teams understand what needs attention. Solink adds another important piece: visual context powered by AI. By connecting video with POS and other business data, Solink helps operators understand what happened behind an operational signal, suspicious transaction, safety concern, or other important event. At Burger King Convention, Solink'll demonstrate how Solink can complement the intelligence behind Burger King Assistant - helping franchisees spend less time searching through systems and footage and more time acting on what matters. What is Burger King Assistant? With Burger King Assistant, Burger King is bringing artificial intelligence (AI) deeper into restaurant operations. The platform is designed to connect signals from point-of-sale (POS), inventory, equipment, digital ordering, and drive-thru interactions, giving restaurant teams a simpler way to identify what needs their attention. At the center of Burger King Assistant is Patty, a conversational interface designed to help teams navigate that information. Instead of requiring managers to dig through disconnected systems and reports, Burger King Assistant can surface relevant insights and make it easier to take action. It's an important step toward a more connected Burger King restaurant. But there's another valuable source of intelligence already present in every location: video. At Solink, when the right technologies are applied to video, Solink call it AI vision intelligence. Connecting Burger King Assistant to what's actually happening. Restaurant operators have access to more data than ever. The challenge is turning those signals into a clear understanding of what is happening inside the restaurant. A POS system might flag an unusual transaction. Operational data might identify a potential service issue. An equipment or restaurant system might surface an event that requires attention. The next question is often: What actually happened? Solink helps answer that question by connecting video from existing restaurant cameras with critical business data. Teams can quickly investigate important events, validate alerts, and understand the actions behind the numbers. For Burger King franchisees, this creates an opportunity to make video part of the broader intelligence ecosystem being built around Burger King Assistant. Burger King Assistant understands the restaurant's digital signals. Solink adds physical context from video. Together, these sources of intelligence can help teams identify an issue, understand what happened, and focus on the moments that require action. Turning existing cameras into a source of business intelligence. For many Burger King franchisees, cameras have traditionally been viewed primarily as a security tool. Solink's mission is to make them more valuable across the business. By connecting video with POS and other business data, existing cameras can provide insights across restaurant operations, loss prevention, safety, and security. Solink's AI capabilities help teams surface important moments faster while reducing the need for manual video review. That could mean investigating revenue-reducing activity, reviewing an unusual transaction, remotely checking restaurant execution, or understanding the circumstances surrounding an incident. For multi-unit operators, this visibility is especially valuable. Leaders can remotely monitor locations and investigate issues without needing to be physically present in every restaurant. Already using Solink? Make your video more valuable. For Burger King operators already using Solink, the cameras and Solink deployment in place can become another source of intelligence within the future Burger King Assistant ecosystem. Solink can provide visual context, risk signals, and relevant footage to complement the restaurant and operational information Burger King Assistant is designed to surface. The goal isn't to create another dashboard for managers to monitor. It's to help Burger King Assistant hone in on the moments that matter - so teams can spend less time searching and more time taking action. Not using Solink? Close the gap between data and reality. Burger King Assistant can surface valuable intelligence from connected restaurant systems. But when a digital signal raises a question about what physically occurred, someone may still need to investigate. Solink closes that gap by connecting existing cameras with business data - and it doesn't require replacing an entire camera estate. Solink is a hybrid solution that works with existing camera infrastructure, using an on-site Solink Recording Device to securely connect video and data to the Solink platform. The result is a practical path to modern AI vision intelligence without making a camera overhaul the starting point. Meet Solink at Burger King Convention. The future of restaurant intelligence isn't about collecting more information. It's about making the information restaurants already have easier to understand and act on. Burger King restaurants already have cameras and data. Solink brings them together - helping teams focus on the moments that matter across operations, loss prevention, safety, and security. If you're attending the Burger King Fuel the Flame Convention, visit Solink in the BK Technology Center to see how AI vision intelligence can turn your existing cameras into a more powerful source of operational insight. Learn how Solink can help Burger King franchisees eliminate theft, reduce loss, strengthen safety, and uncover new opportunities to optimize restaurant performance across every location. See Solink in action Start driving outcomes - eliminate theft, prevent threats, reduce loss, and optimize revenue. Automatically, across every location.
