Responsibilities
- Source local vendors and ensure experiences meet customer expectations
- Conduct prospecting for qualified Marketplace vendors
- Negotiate vendor contracts
- Plan and oversee the execution of the Experience Marketplace
- Develop and oversee the Marketplace onboarding process
- Lead product training and enablement sessions for vendors
- Lead enablement meetings with Account Managers
- Analyze program performance data and make recommendations for improvement
- Partner with Marketplace product manager to identify workflow improvements and software enhancements
