Responsibilities
  • Source local vendors and ensure experiences meet customer expectations
  • Conduct prospecting for qualified Marketplace vendors
  • Negotiate vendor contracts
  • Plan and oversee the execution of the Experience Marketplace
  • Develop and oversee the Marketplace onboarding process
  • Lead product training and enablement sessions for vendors
  • Lead enablement meetings with Account Managers
  • Analyze program performance data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with Marketplace product manager to identify workflow improvements and software enhancements
