Requirements
  • Five to eight years of experience building products, including meaningful experience at startups or in small teams where outcomes were owned.
  • Strong product engineering skills and comfort working across the stack with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • A track record of shipping products that people use.
  • An instinct to speak with users before and after building products.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity in a startup environment.
  • Strong design judgment and attention to user-noticeable details.
Responsibilities
  • Speak directly with customers through calls, observe how they work, and develop intuition about their needs.
  • Build proofs of concept and prototypes rapidly, using artificial intelligence tooling as appropriate.
  • Build and ship browser-based features that customers interact with directly, owning substantial parts of the product experience.
  • Make product decisions about what to build, how it should work, and what completion means, then validate those decisions with real users.
  • Work across the technology stack beyond the frontend when the problem requires it.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building products in complex, regulated, or operationally heavy industries such as aviation, logistics, fintech, or healthcare.
  • Experience working with artificial intelligence or large-language-model-powered features in production.
  • Previous customer-facing experience, including onboarding calls, demos, or support.
  • Ability to articulate opinions about product development clearly and discuss shipped product decisions.

Hamilton AI provides an AI-powered execution and workflow automation platform for private aviation, automating quoting, scheduling, and payment reconciliation for operators and brokers. It centralizes fragmented workflows by ingesting unstructured data from emails, WhatsApp, PDFs, and other sources, turning it into structured information to speed the path from request to booking. Core modules include Inbound (a smart inbox), CRM, a Quoting engine, and a Demand tool to match trips and reduce empty legs, with outputs designed to be deterministic to avoid AI hallucinations. The goal is to help sales teams close deals faster, increase quote throughput, and reduce empty legs, supported by seed funding to expand data pipelines and engineering.

What believers are saying

  • Hamilton AI raised $7.5 million from TTV Capital on March 19, 2026.
  • Baker Aviation increased daily quotes from 400 to 1,200 without adding headcount.
  • The platform converts email, WhatsApp, and PDFs into structured actions, cutting manual bottlenecks.

What critics are saying

  • Avinode's upgraded workflow already bundles sourcing, quoting, contracts, and payments.
  • Lineaum OS targets the same broker journey and claims 30,000 aircraft coverage.
  • If brokers keep Avinode and Lineaum, Hamilton AI becomes a feature, not a company.

What makes Hamilton AI unique

  • Hamilton AI uses deterministic automation, reducing hallucinations in charter quoting workflows.
  • Wouter Witvoet sold Secfi and took DeFi Technologies public, signaling operator credibility.
  • Baker Aviation, Craft Aviation, and Jetvia shaped the product over 18 months.

Hamilton AI raises $7.5M seed to automate private aviation operations with deterministic AI platform

Hamilton AI, an AI workflow platform for private aviation, has raised $7.5 million in a seed round led by TTV Capital. Participants include Bling Capital, Cambrian Ventures, FJ Labs, Weekend Fund, Mintaka Ventures, Correlation VC and HF0. Founded in 2024 by Wouter Witvoet, who previously built Secfi into the largest lending platform against private company stock and took DeFi Technologies public at a $1.2 billion market capitalisation, Hamilton converts unstructured aviation documents into structured, auditable actions. The platform automates flight quotes, pricing, customer management and payment reconciliation. One operator increased daily quotes from 400 to 1,200 without additional headcount. Customers include Baker Aviation, Craft Aviation and Jetvia. The funding will support expanded data pipelines, engineering capabilities and product development.
