About the job
- Training or further education in measurement, control and regulation (MSR) technology, building services engineering, or electrical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience supporting, planning, and executing measurement, control and regulation technology, preferably in hospitals or other large buildings.
- Professional experience operating and programming a central control system.
- Knowledge of BACnet.
- Very good computer skills.
- Good communication skills, assertiveness, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork.
- Knowledge of Siemens PX, Desigo CC, Bosch Webvision5, and the vFM/waveware maintenance software is desirable.
- Operate and maintain extensive MSR and building management system technology.
- Troubleshoot on site and in the system, resolve faults, and carry out repairs.
- Create and maintain system documentation in the electronic equipment logbook.
- Coordinate contractors and participate in commissioning and acceptance activities.
- Obtain quotations for repairs or modernization.
- Optimize fault notification management.
- Continuously plan improvements to energy consumption and operating costs.
- Support all three clinic sites.
- Participate in the on-call service.
- Knowledge of Siemens PX, Desigo CC, Bosch Webvision5, and the vFM/waveware maintenance software.
