Responsibilities
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture partnerships that contribute to Trustpilot’s global growth objectives.
  • Create and manage a robust channel program that incentivizes mutual growth, fostering collaboration and shared success between Trustpilot and its partners.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify partners whose services complement Trustpilot’s offerings, ensuring alignment with our core services and market objectives.
  • Lead efforts to meet or exceed annual sales targets by driving new business through channel partnerships and expanding Trustpilot’s presence across multiple sectors.
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from identifying new partnership opportunities to closing deals, ensuring a consistent flow of new business and revenue growth.
  • Regularly generate and present detailed sales performance reports to senior leadership, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive channel sales effectiveness and optimization.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to prospective partners, addressing their specific needs and highlighting Trustpilot’s value proposition to deepen engagement.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within existing customer organizations, particularly in the Enterprise segment, leveraging channel partner capabilities.
