Assistant Manager - Store Managers, Shift Leads

The LINQ Bar is opening soon, and we’re building our leadership team!

We’re looking for experienced, energetic hospitality leaders to join our opening team as Assistant Managers, Shift Managers and Shift Leads.

This is a great opportunity for leaders who enjoy a fast-paced environment, know how to motivate a team, and are passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support the General Manager with daily bar operations
• Lead the team during assigned shifts and ensure smooth operations
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns
• Coach, train and develop bartenders, servers, barbacks and other team members
• Help maintain appropriate staffing levels and support scheduling needs
• Monitor service, sales and team performance
• Ensure proper cash handling and company procedures are followed
• Support inventory management and help minimize waste and loss
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with applicable requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
• Ensure company standards, policies and procedures are followed
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Lead by example and help create a positive, energetic team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment
• High-volume hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Dependable, professional and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to meet all applicable requirements for working in a bar environment
