Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or physics engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to combine expertise, intuition, and teamwork to solve problems and apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
  • Fluency in English to collaborate with offices outside Quebec, along with strong French proficiency.
  • Interest in occasional travel to Quebec, Montreal, Toronto, or the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to defining client needs in collaboration with the sales team, including operating savings and sustainable development objectives.
  • Design projects by challenging technical assumptions to meet or exceed energy performance targets.
  • Develop energy-efficiency measures addressing each client's technical and financial challenges.
  • Conduct technical site surveys and collaborate on concepts, plans, and specifications.
  • Manage energy and financial data, support the construction team, and ensure project objectives are achieved throughout the project life cycle.
  • Manage client expectations, maintain trusted relationships, and serve as a technical reference for clients.
  • Participate in energy-performance projects from auditing through construction and validation of results.
