  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training, consulting, or project roles supporting system or business process transformation change initiatives.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other training systems.
  • Prosci or other agreed-upon Change Management Practitioner Certification, or ability to obtain it within 12 months of hire.
Responsibilities
  • Support collaborative efforts for the Commercial training and change strategy across onboarding, continuing education, sales effectiveness, systems adoption, and business process transformation.
  • Develop and execute training programs of low to moderate complexity in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training content, including instructor-led classroom and virtual materials, quick reference guides, product simulations, job aids, videos, and eLearning courses.
  • Gather and assess learning and change requirements, audience needs, stakeholder impacts, business objectives, and adoption risks, and provide recommendations grounded in adult learning principles and change management practices.
  • Support development and implementation of change management strategies, standards, and best practices for low- to moderately complex Commercial initiatives, and support direct leadership on higher-complexity initiatives as needed.
  • Align project plans, training plans, communication plans, and change management plans by collaborating with project managers and functional leads.
  • Manage training and change initiatives to deliver blended learning and adoption solutions, including coordinating stakeholders, recommending modalities, testing content, obtaining user feedback, and adapting solutions for targeted audiences.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with lines of business, leaders, project teams, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners to ensure training and change activities support Commercial objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Esco Technologies secures $1.5B senior credit facilities led by JPMorgan Chase

ESCO Technologies Inc. entered into a new credit agreement on 29 May 2026, providing $1.5 billion in senior secured credit facilities with a syndicate of banks led by JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent. The agreement became effective on 1 October 2026 and replaced the company's previous credit agreement dated 30 August 2023. The new facility comprises three components: a $500 million revolving credit facility, a $500 million term loan A facility, and a $500 million term loan B facility. On the closing date, ESCO borrowed approximately $1 billion under the new agreement to fund a transaction's cash purchase price, refinance existing debt, and cover associated fees and expenses. The obligations are guaranteed by ESCO and its material US subsidiaries and secured by substantially all tangible and intangible personal property.

Commerce Bank acquires boutique investment bank Nolan & Associates to expand middle-market advisory services

Commerce Bank has agreed to acquire Nolan & Associates, a St Louis-based boutique investment banking firm founded in 1976. The acquisition will add investment banking capabilities to Commerce's commercial and wealth platforms, enhancing its ability to support middle-market clients during business transitions. Nolan provides sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise advisory services across industries including building products, transportation, healthcare, and manufacturing. Upon closing, the firm will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Commerce Bank, retaining its employees and office. The deal includes Middle-Market Transactions, Inc., a FINRA-regulated entity through which Nolan delivers advisory services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction requires regulatory approval and is subject to customary closing conditions. Commerce Bancshares holds $35.7 billion in assets and operates throughout the Midwest.
