About the job

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of studies in an appropriate human or social sciences discipline, such as criminology, psychology, or psychoeducation.
  • Recent and relevant experience in Quebec's health network, ideally in primary care (CLSC/AAOR).
Responsibilities
  • Receive, analyze, and assess requests for psychosocial assistance through the AAOR process, and refer users to appropriate programs or resources.
  • Provide clinical support interventions and short- or medium-term psychosocial follow-up to a diverse clientele through SSG.
  • Support users experiencing vulnerability, isolation, or crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with the local interdisciplinary team and partners across the health network.
