  • Lead the copy team through daily deliverables and identify process holes
  • Utilize performance insights to iterate and create more focused copy
  • Partner with Creative Operations to refine and scale critical Copy processes
  • Partner with Brand team to develop and implement Glossier brand voice approach
  • Implement and maintain a streamlined process for collaborating with stakeholders
  • Create tools for communicating the Glossier brand voice throughout the company
