Digital Marketing Assistant
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in any field or a professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media or 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
- Working knowledge of content management systems.
- English communication skills at B2 level or higher, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, and web design.
- Experience with or proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
- A portfolio demonstrating work across a wide range of creative projects.
- Availability to work a graveyard shift.
- A USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM.
- A primary cable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
- Availability to work US hours, 40 hours per week.
- Upload videos and graphics, keep accounts up to date, and manage reviews.
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding across accounts and channels.
- Create events or promotions to increase customer engagement.
- Manage the contact database and assist with lead-generation activities.
- Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses to form strategic partnerships.
- Set up accounts, liaise with affiliates, and manage affiliate partner payouts.
- Check key performance indicators, modify bids or budgets, and review keyword performance.
- Gather information on brand audience profiles and develop content strategies with internal teams.
- Create progress reports and monitor marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Research trends, competitors’ promotional activities, and competitive marketing insights.
- Execute search engine optimization strategies and conduct keyword research.
- Perform general administration.
- Use tweak builders to adjust content.
- Complete ad hoc tasks.
