Requirements

Responsibilities
  • End to end Onsite & channel cross-functional coordination & execution for Trade Campaigns
  • Manage onsite documentation updates including promo doc, slack channel, promo hub, etc.
  • Support teams on any Sale & Promo questions on slack and key channels throughout the promotion process
  • Briefs coordination of campaigns working closely with Editorial and Creative teams
  • Pre and post-launch QA and troubleshooting, supporting LS and MP teams
  • Launch promo PLP & PDP
  • Mockups of Customers Journey focusing on Campaign execution details before Promo launch
  • Present Campaign execution slides and next steps to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Promo analysis using Looker, working with the trading team on optimizing the onsite touchpoints
  • Lead on future improvements
  • Training sessions to the team when necessary
  • Special ad hoc projects e.g. Promo Template supporting Onsite Trading Manager and work with key stakeholders
  • Work with Onsite Trading Specialist - Experience on Experimentation clinic, any improvements and A/B test ideas
  • Competitors research focusing on messaging and customers experience
