Responsibilities
Plan and complete all necessary steps for residential installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of water, gas, and drain systems.
Establish customer rapport and help customers choose suitable products and services for their homes.
Accurately evaluate systems for malfunctions and failures.
Build and present options ranging from repairs to permanent solutions.
Work respectfully with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for complete and incomplete jobs.
Ensure accurate detailed billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities.
Maintain the company-provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools, and shop equipment.
