Responsibilities
Operate machines such as a knockoff hammer, cut-off saws, water blaster, sand blaster, salt cleaner, grinders, and hydraulic presses.
Inspect parts and repair them with handheld grinders.
Inspect and pack parts for shipping.
Cross-train in other departments.

Overview
Wage Description: $17/hr.
Lamothermic is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team. Machine operators will be responsible for operating equipment used in the casting process and maintaining a safe and organized work enviorment.
Good Attendance Bonus - Earn up to an extra 50 hours/year!

$150 Sign-On Bonus: New Machine Operators are eligible to receive a $150 bonus after successfully completing six months of continuous employment and being in good standing at the time of payment.
