Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of driving growth and improving key metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and A/B testing
  • Excellent understanding of funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies aligned with ModernFi's business goals
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize user acquisition and retention
  • Lead customer acquisition efforts across various channels (paid, organic, referral, etc.)
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the user journey
  • Create and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs
  • Implement and manage marketing automation systems to nurture leads and retain customers
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to inform strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends and best practices
