As a Growth Marketing Manager at ModernFi, you will work directly with the business development team to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You will play a crucial role in scaling our client base and optimizing our marketing funnel, working across teams to create and implement growth strategies that maximize our key performance indicators. The Role
Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies aligned with ModernFi’s business goals
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize user acquisition and retention
Lead customer acquisition efforts across various channels (paid, organic, referral, etc.)
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives
Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the user journey
Create and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs
Implement and manage marketing automation systems to nurture leads and retain customers
Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to inform strategy
Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends and best practices
About You
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in financial services
Proven track record of driving growth and improving key metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and A/B testing
Excellent understanding of funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization techniques
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
High level of organization and comfort with data-driven decision making
Ability to handle nebulous problems and shifting priorities with flexibility and agility
