  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition or mobile marketing, with a proven track record of success in the gaming industry
  • Expert level knowledge and hands on experience with more than 3 user acquisition channels such as search engine marketing, social media, native advertising etc.
  • Experience with large-scale global user acquisition campaigns and budgets
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Identify challenges and roadblocks in user acquisition efforts and proactively propose and implement solutions
  • A strong growth mindset, proactively coming up with hypotheses and testing them to improve business performance, plan and execute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Leadership skills and experience managing major marketing initiatives
  • Mentor team members on topics that can assist in their workflow and improve their performance
  • Proven track record of contribution to improvement of company's workflow, processes and tools
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as mobile video networks, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships etc.
  • Work with the design team to develop creative campaigns and experiments, proactively test different hypotheses to improve creative performance.
  • Analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns to improve performance and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and mobile gaming marketing
  • Manage and nurture relationships with external partners such as influencer agencies, ad networks, and app stores.
  • Proactively research and develop new tests to improve campaigns performance.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure that user acquisition campaigns are aligned with product goals and features.
  • Test our products and competitors and come up with ways to improve impact on marketing initiatives.
