- Excellent communication skills.
- Conduct site surveys for local area network and wide area network installations.
- Install data cabling.
- Load supplied configurations.
- Perform basic rack-and-stack installation of Cisco Internet Protocol telephony equipment without onsite staging.
- Perform tone-and-tag, punchdown, and demarcation extensions.
- Install local area network and wide area network equipment, including routers and switches.
- Provide data cable test results when required.
- Provide digital pictures when requested.
- Test and turn up equipment installed through smart-hands support.
- Assist with installation of preconfigured Cisco Unified Communications equipment.
- Assist with installation of preconfigured Cisco and Aruba wireless equipment.
