About the job
- Three years of experience in the wiring field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of continuous flow production, engineering optimization, engineering principles, engineering standards and procedures, ergonomics, production engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing processes, project change management, and lessons learned.
- French and English language skills.
- Communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, target and result orientation, motivation and resilience, self-organization, conflict management, and teamwork.
- Ensure timely, efficient, and correct production of customer, internal, and validation samples, and coordinate sample and aftermarket deliveries among internal functions, suppliers, and customers.
- Organize and maintain sample stock.
- Manage the sample and aftermarket team in the plant.
- Plan and organize prototype-parts production efficiently in cooperation with the product section.
- Ensure training on work instructions and processes related to prototype production.
- Follow the profit and loss for prototype production.
- Define and actively work on process improvements for prototype production in coordination with engineering and the plant.
- Define the production concept for aftermarket parts in cooperation with Industrialisation and the plant.
- Collaborate closely with material suppliers, customers, Project Management, Quality, PPE, SCM, and equipment suppliers.
- Track parts without a LEONI FORS part number to ensure the correct quantity is available at the correct time and for the correct building phase in the plant.
- Control and manage stock of parts without a LEONI FORS part number.
- Interface with the purchasing process for manual ordering of material without a LEONI part number.
- Manage prototype-parts stock to minimize scrap.
