About the Job

Requirements

Experience implementing information technology service management solutions using industry best practices.
Experience implementing information technology service management together with at least one of information technology operations management, information technology business management, governance, risk and compliance, customer service management, or human resources service delivery.
Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow scripting, including business rules, script includes, fix scripts, workflows, user interface actions, user interface policies, client scripts, and inbound email.
Experience with Service Portal and widget creation.
Experience with Representational State Transfer and Simple Object Access Protocol integrations, including creation of scripted REST and SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of authentication using OAuth 2.0, certificates, and MID Server.
Experience implementing ServiceNow projects in domain-separated instances.
Experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
Knowledge of MID Server installation and management.
Experience developing custom applications.
Experience implementing Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, Active Directory, and single sign-on.
Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration use-case implementation.

Responsibilities

Review existing ServiceNow setups and provide best-practice recommendations aligned with the original equipment manufacturer's guidance.
Design and modify ServiceNow Service Portal solutions.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with Performance Analytics.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and current ServiceNow features.
Experience with HTML coding and Jelly scripting.

Must Have Experience · Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices · Experienced of implementing ITSM + (one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD) · Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound · Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation · Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation · Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates and Mid Server · Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance · Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases. · Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management · Experience of custom applications development · Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation · Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration use case implementation Good to have Experience · X` · Experience in working on Performance Analytics · Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal. · Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM · Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. · Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred
