Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the vehicle remarketing value chain.
  • 8+ years of in-store experience in relevant roles such as used car manager / director; finance manager, general sales manager.
  • Deep understanding of auto dealership change management, and ability to initiate behavioral change with clients.
  • Ideally prior experience in automotive software, focused on vehicle remarketing.
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration software such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack.
Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of the AccuTrade appraisal platform throughout the dealer operations.
  • Own dealer retention for the customer portfolio.
  • Track cancellations and understand the reasons behind them.
  • Share best practices with dealers for in-store implementation.
  • Interact with senior dealership decision makers to provide platform performance overview.
  • Drive performance through reporting and dealership execution of the AccuTrade tool.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for AccuTrade end-to-end processes.
  • Act as the 'voice of the Dealer' to ensure internal needs are met and prioritize dealer needs.
  • Connect post-sale product performance with presale onboarding to improve the handoff.
  • Own Accu-Trade Post-Sale performance reporting and use data to improve dealer value.
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking and process improvement.
  • Assist in-person with critical/high impact/key accounts that require additional resources.
  • 25% In-market travel required.
