Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • 5+ Years’ experience in product creation, Operations, process or related function preferred
  • Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Miro and experience with project management software such as SmartSheets or Air Table (strongly preferred)
  • Exemplify acute attention to detail and demonstrate high level of organization to manage concurrent work streams
  • Highly organized with the ability to simplify a complex landscape to drive easy execution
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams supporting large scale change across an organization
  • Ability to balance multiple time-bound projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Footwear Organization in a centralized role focused on elevating product excellence through new and evolved ways of working
  • Help to drive top priorities and key initiatives tied to the Footwear Strategy
  • Lead the implementation of key strategic and business priorities across functions.
