  • 7+ years of experience in programmatic media
  • Experience in the day-to-day programmatic campaign management, working across multiple DSPs. Must have ecomm experience in Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360, and ecomm platforms like Criteo, Kroger, and Instacart.
  • Strong POVs, proactively engaged in industry and agency thought leadership.
  • You’re not shy and enjoy building relationships with clients and know to manage up.
  • Coach and mentor team members, sharing insights about industry trends.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot platforms, systems & tools.
  • Interpret campaign performance and provide creative optimizations to supervisors and colleagues alike.
  • You’ve got a bit of an entrepreneurial streak, so you’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Leading day to day client operations, POV’s, management of Supervisors and team member.
  • Training team members ensuring best in class strategy and execution.
  • Communicating with clients verbally and in written form, and having strong presentation skills.
  • Providing innovative and integrated strategies and recommendations to reach and surpass client goals.
  • Interpreting campaign performance and providing creative optimizations to supervisors and colleagues alike.
