Accounting Specialist
About the job
- A diploma in accounting and/or a university degree in an economics-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Professional knowledge of English at B1 level.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Record supplier documents for domestic and non-EU raw materials, customs invoices, and freight forwarder documents related to incoming goods.
- Verify the correctness of accounting documents, manage price differences, and actively monitor approval flows to release payments.
- Manage reports concerning fabric measurement differences in received goods and request correction documents or credit notes from suppliers.
- Perform periodic checks and reconciliations of supplier balances, verify internal accounting, and reconcile ledger accounts.
- Organize, digitize, and manage the document archive.
