- 3 years of experience supervising a large staff, including responsibility for hiring, counseling, training, terminating and performance appraisals preferred
- 3 years manufacturing, distribution and material management experience required
- Interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills necessary to work in a cooperative, positive team approach
- Customer and supplier orientation, organization and coordination skills
- Ability to lead, train and mentor employees on a personal & professional level
- Experience or knowledge of raw materials planning/production scheduling process
- Manufacturing and/or logistics industry experience required
- Must have 5 S skills (keep work area safe and clean)
- Must work safely and identify all safety issues using the STOP, CALL, WAIT system until repairs are made
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondences
- Must be able to interact well with others, work independently or in a team setting in a high volume environment
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), experience working in ERP systems/ Sage experience a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task with self-initiative and the ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to read, understand and comply with written and verbal instructions, company processes and procedures and safety policies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; active listening skills with all levels of employees
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow
- Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures as well as customer expectations
- Hires, trains, develops, mentors, counsels and terminates according to HR policies
- Issues written and oral instructions to staff
- Identifies employees’ skills and develops them by coaching and counseling
- Controls and minimizes labor overtime
- Enforces understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Evaluates current processes and finds ways to standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers
- Confers with other managers in the Manufacturing plant to ensure coordination of warehouse activities
- Ensures a safe work environment with a focus on 'Safety First' with no lost-time worker’s comp incidents
- Provides leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives
- Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel
- Reports daily production output along with a detail note of issues
- Assesses production levels and customer needs to improve efficiencies and meet goals
- Monitors all of the facility insuring employees are at work stations for startup, breaks and lunch timely
- Any additional duties as assigned
- Lean Manufacturing experience desired

MANN+HUMMEL appoints Helena Hofer as interim CFO. MANN+HUMMEL announced the appointment of Helena Hofer as interim chief financial officer, in addition to her role as chief human resources officer, effective Feb. 3, 2026. Hofer succeeds Jurate Keblyte, who is leaving the company at her own request to pursue her career outside the company. Management Board Committee and strategic vision. In her combined role as CFO and CHRO, the company said Hofer is committed to driving MANN+HUMMEL's path toward the company's shared strategic vision, Leadership in Filtration, together with the other members of the Management Board Committee. "Helena Hofer has been with MANN+HUMMEL for several years now. She has been a well-established member of the Executive Leadership Committee as CHRO," said nonexecutive chairman Thomas Fischer. "Given her strong background in finance and track record with the company, she is furthermore well positioned to act as Chief Financial Officer and join our Management Board Committee." Keblyte leaves the company. "We are thankful for Jurate Keblyte's contributions and respect her decision to leave the company," said CEO Kurk Wilks. "I wish her all the best and much success for her upcoming endeavors.
