- Cue and demonstrate proper body alignment and form.
- Program content in alignment with industry standards for a variety of fitness levels using Sunny Health & Fitness equipment.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable training environment through significant and suitably challenging programming.
- Have 3+ years of experience as a certified group fitness coach, instructor, or personal trainer; equivalent qualifications are accepted.
- Have 2+ years of experience as an on-camera instructor and the ability to present with confidence, warmth, and expertise.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science.
- Have a love for music and experience teaching dance, choreography, or movement tied to a beat.
- Be able to improvise verbal cues and inspirational motivation.
- Have a personal mission to share something positive and inspiring with the world.
- Have experience as a brand ambassador and engaging with an online social community.
