Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AV roles with people management experience
  • Experience in testing, deploying, and supporting AV technology at global organizations
  • Proven track record of rolling out and operating change management and user/customer facing support processes
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Facilities, Events, Communications, IT, Engineering, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for AV technology
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of AV Engineers & Technicians
  • Define and implement standards of operations and equipment
  • Lead conference room & site setups
  • Coordinate vendors and outside technical support for events
  • Operate equipment for events
  • Assist with training and development of team
  • Manage and troubleshoot audio visual systems
  • Administer videoconferencing software and host company webinars
  • Develop and review operating procedures and technical documentation
