Six to ten years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Two to three or more years of experience in a financial management or accounting leadership role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting and cost accounting.
Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and inventory.
In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction, improved controls, and greater efficiency.
Support the continued development of accounting processes, systems, and reporting.
Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and other departments to support company-wide goals.

What You'll Do As Controller, you'll lead the accounting team and own the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of L&M's financial reporting while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
CPA strongly preferred
