Requirements
  • Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Apps.

  • Three years of experience in a business field.
Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for Transportation staff and ensure the accuracy of timesheets and leave request forms.
  • Perform budget and accounting work by maintaining accurate and current budget records; compile data from multiple sources to analyze and report transportation-related costs.
  • Ensure complete and accurate data capture and reporting; build reports and track information using Microsoft Office for payroll processing, GPS system time reporting, and other transportation-related activities to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage office supply inventory and order supplies as necessary.
  • Perform general office duties supporting the Transportation department, including receiving telephone calls, maintaining and updating records, preparing documents, and providing customer service.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience working in payroll, auditing, data analysis, or business reporting.
  • Experience using Oracle business applications.
