Requirements
  • Graduate in Engineering or related field (Construction Management preferred).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project/program management.
  • At least 5 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in delay analysis and claim preparation.
  • Experience working in a similar leadership role on at least one large-scale project.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Define project baselines and track progress against planned milestones.
  • Identify critical paths, risks, and delays in project timelines.
  • Implement project control systems and procedures.
  • Monitor cost, time, and resource performance.
  • Prepare variance analysis and corrective action plans.
  • Analyse project delays and prepare delay claims and extension of time documentation.
  • Develop claim schedules and support dispute resolution processes.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and Management Information System reports for real-time project tracking.
  • Ensure integration of web-based tools for centralized project management.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards and periodic MIS reports.
  • Standardize reporting formats across projects.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Translate client requirements into digital workflows and PMIS solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and provide insights to leadership.

  • Experience with web-based project management tools and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of project documentation standards and scheduling best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and MIS systems.

  • Experience in PMIS/EDMS implementation.
  • Exposure to digital transformation in construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) integration (optional but desirable).
